Big businesses no longer have the edge in getting found online. Google Adwords has changed all of that. Now, many small players are better known than the big guys in their industries. Placing ads THE RIGHT WAY on Google will make sure your business is one of the first ones that internet searchers find when they begin to look for the products or services you provide. Whether you service just your local area or ship a product nationwide, you can get FIRST PAGE GOOGLE PLACEMENT easily and affordably.
Plenty of people are doing it the wrong way – by themselves – or even worse, with help from the people at Google (Isn’t that a little like asking the fox to watch the henhouse?). Many try and they soon find that they have blown through a lot of money – with little to show for it. The problem is that your prospective customers don’t all think like each other. They will type in the most gosh-awful combination of words when a simple phrase would be better. But they don’t know your lingo and the right words to use -yet- and you can’t change them, you must have those gosh-awful keyword phrases sitting there waiting in your Adwords keyword arsenal – just lying there, waiting for the day when someone will type in those magic words, and* BAM* – your ad pops up at the top of page one. ..like the airbags in your car, sitting there year after year – just waiting- and one day they explode in your face, mid- collision, in a nanosecond – saving your life.
We had one client who started with seven keywords and keyword phrases their website designer had set up for them in Adwords. We did our research, then split up the campaigns to follow the themes we knew visitors would be searching on- taking the total keyword and keyphrase count up to about 900. A few months later, I checked, and found that, in the 30 days previous, we had visitors come to the site through Adwords, using 390 different keywords and phrases…IN A 30 DAY PERIOD!
Using Google ads (“Adwords”), you can get there OVERNIGHT. It’s simple for someone who knows how it works. It’s also simple to do it wrong, because it does take some know-how and experience to know all the ins and outs of properly setting up your Adwords campaigns- yes, that’s plural. You will need a few, or maybe numerous, well- targeted campaigns, each one consisting of closely themed keywords that are triggered on exactly the searches you want to show for – and NOT on the searches you don’t want to show up for. Watching some YouTube video isn’t going to get you there anytime soon. One simple, commonly overlooked setting that I often see missed by “Pro’s” in Adwords campaigns, can cost you thousands of dollars. And Google is not giving any refunds.
